We respect your privacy and handle personal data in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other applicable Indian law.
What we collect
Name, phone number, e-mail, delivery address, order history, and payment status when you place an order or contact us. Payments are processed by our bank’s payment gateway; we never see or store your card numbers, UPI PIN or banking passwords. Basic analytics (pages visited, device type) may be collected to improve the store.
How we use it
To process and deliver orders, send order and tracking updates (SMS/e-mail/WhatsApp), respond to support queries, comply with tax and legal obligations, and — only if you opt in — send offers. We do not sell your personal data.
Sharing
Data is shared only with courier partners (for delivery), the payment gateway (for payment processing), and authorities where required by law.
