We ship across India from Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh via reputed courier partners. Orders are dispatched within 24–48 working hours of confirmation. Typical delivery time is 3–7 working days depending on location (remote PIN codes may take longer).
Tracking details are sent by SMS/e-mail/WhatsApp once your order ships. Prepaid orders currently enjoy free shipping (launch offer); COD orders may carry a small handling fee shown at checkout. If a package arrives visibly damaged, please refuse the delivery or note the damage with the courier and contact us immediately.
