Returns

Being consumable Ayurvedic products, we accept returns only for: (a) damaged or leaking products on delivery, (b) wrong item delivered, or (c) products past expiry on delivery. Raise the request within 7 days of delivery on WhatsApp (+91-73888 05551) or care@kaashvis.com with your order ID and clear photos of the product and outer packaging. Opened or used products are not returnable unless defective.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 7 working days to the original payment method (prepaid orders) or by bank transfer/UPI (COD orders — bank details taken on request). Shipping charges are refunded only when the error is ours.

Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled free of charge any time before dispatch by contacting us. Once dispatched, the return policy above applies.
